The MC100-WP is mounted in a weather resistant enclosure and is typically used to control Synchronous Architectural Clocks when the installation requires the master clock to be exposed to the elements. All versions of National Time's MC100 master clock can control Synchronous Architectural Clocks. For indoor installations, the standard or rack mount versions of the MC100 may result in easier wire routing.
The MC100-WP provides automatic corrections for power outages as well as programmed events such as daylight savings. Powered by a 120VAC supply, the MC100-WP utilizes a 10 year lithium battery for backup during power outages. A user-selectable time base allows the master clock to either monitor the power-line frequency, internal crystal oscillator as well as an optional GPS to provide the most accurate time keeping.
The MC100-WP comes standard with four circuits which may be used as either clock circuits or auxiliary circuits for tones, bells, and other timed events. Each circuit has an indicating LED and an OFF/AUTO/RESET slide switch for ease of manual control.
Programming is easy utilizing a backlit 32 character liquid crystal display and a 16 button keypad. The multifunction keypad provides single button menu access allowing quick and easy time, schedule, and setup changes. Two level password security may be used to protect technician level settings and programmed events. The MC100 supports 20 program schedules with up to 200 program entries. Each event duration is programmable from 1 second to over 4 days. Attractive neutral Powder Gray finish with Night Blue graphic overlay complete with label pockets for custom circuit legends.

MC100-GPS Antenna. The MC100-GPS module enables the MC100 to receive accurate time information from up to 12 satellites. The GPS Antenna sends the number of satellites in view to the MC100 which is displayed on its LCD display. The communication between the MC100 and antenna is supervised and fault conditions are displayed. The standard outdoor mounting requires a 1” x 14 TPI pole (by others). The GPS antenna comes standard with a 30’ cable. Cable length may be extended to 100’ with 5 conductor shielded low capacitance cable.
